1 1/2 lbs. meat, thinly sliced
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
1/3 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. onion powder (optional)
1/4 soy sauce
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together well. Pour over meat to marinate overnight or minimum 4 hours. Place sliced meat strips on cookie sheet. Bake at 200 on lowest rack for 4-5 hours. Turn meat slices over after 2 hours of baking.
