2 lb. (aoorox.) London broil steak
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 large clove garlic, minced
2 Tbs. sugar
2 Tbs. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. fresh grated ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Place London broil in dish to marinate. Combine ingredients, mix well and pour over meat. Marinate 5-6 hours or overnight. Cook on barbeque until medium rare ( about 8 min. per side, depending on thickness). Slice thinly across the grain and serve. Serve with steamed rice or baked potatoes.
Hint: Fresh ginger root can be stored in the freezer and used as needed. Buy ginger root in produce dept.
