1/2 cup shortening
3/4 cup mashed banana (ripe)
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugar; add eggs & banana. Add dry ingredients & stir only to mix. Place in greased loaf pan at 350 for 60 minutes. Cool before removing from pan.
