2 lbs. fresh baby carrots, cooked and drained 2 Tbs. butter 1/4 cup sugar 1 1/2 cups orange juice 2 Tbs. cornstarch
Melt butter, add sugar; mix together cold orange juice & cornstarch, add butter and sugar. Cook until thickened. Pour over cooked carrots or slice garden carrots and serve at once. Recipe halves nicely.
