1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp. baking soda, mixed with a little warm water


Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, sugar, and eggs. Add mashed bananas. Add flour and soda, which has been mixed with a little warm water. Mix thoroughly. Add 1 cup chopped nuts if desired. Pour into 1 large loaf pan or 2 smaller pans, which have been generously greased. Bake for 1 hour in a 325 oven.
