1 (1lb.) can salmon
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 eggs, well beaten
1-1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon, reserving liquid for sauce (see below) Flake; remove skin and bones. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon into greased 8 x 4 inch pan. Pack meat in tightly.

Bake in moderate oven @ 350 for 50 minutes.
Melt 2 tblsp. butter or margarine. Add 2 tbsp. flour; blend well. Add 3/4 c. milk and liquid from salmon; stir constantly. Cook until thick.


Serve with Sauce:
