10 potatoes, cubed
2 onions, chopped
1 c. butter
1 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 c. half-n-half
2 c. corn, frozen
1 lb. smoked sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cube potatoes, cook until almost tender.
While potatoes are cooking, melt butter and saute onions until tender. Add flour and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add milk and stir til lumps are dissolved. Continue cooking until soup starts to thicken. Add half-n-half, corn and sausage. Cook until thick.
