Riviera Salad Recipe

c. pecan halves
1-2 tbsp. sugar
head of torn Romaine lettuce
head of torn iceberg lettuce
c. red onion thinly sliced
1 c. strawberries

c. mayonnaise
c. sugar
1-2 tbsp. poppy seeds
c. half-and-half
c. cider vinegar

Combine pecans and 1-2 tbsp. sugar over medium heat and brown. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Wash and chop lettuce, add onion, strawberries and nuts. Wisk dressing ingredients and pour over salad.
