4 cups sliced apples
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup sifted flour
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place apples in a buttered baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon, salt and add water. Combine flour, sugar, and butter, and pour mixture over apples. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
