5 chicken bouillon cubes
5 c. water
1 (10oz.) can enchilada sauce
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 (16oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. dried minced onion
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Tortilla chips-crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except cheese and chips. Simmer 20 minutes. Put some coarsely crushed chips in a bowl and add soup. Top with cheese. May add cooked chicken or ground beef if desired.
