2 sticks margarine
1/4 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
1-1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
12 oz mini marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine. Mix cocoa, sugar, flour and salt together. Pour melted margarine over the dry ingredients. Mix well. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 375 until firm to the touch, about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle the marshmallows over the surface of the cake while it is still hot.
Frosting:
1 stick margarine
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Melt the margarine with the cocoa and evaporated milk. Mix in 1 pound powdered sugar and vanilla. Pour over warm cake and spread over the marshmallows.
