1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
2 - 5-1/2 oz cans apricot nectar
1 tsp vanilla
6 large apples
8 bannanas
1 med pineapple (5 cups)
1 qt strawberries
2 cups grapes

Directions:
Directions:
In microwave safe bowl, stir sugar, cornstarch and apricot nector until smooth. Microwave uncovered on high 6 - 8 minutes until slightly thickened, stir every 2 minutes. Stir in vanilla.
Refrigerate. Chop and mix all the fruit. Drizzle with dressing when ready to serve.
