8 oz pkg Manicotti
8 oz (2 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese
12 oz ricotta cheese
2 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 cups spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Cook manicotti as directed on package.
In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients except spaghetti sauce and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. Stuff each cooked manicotti with about 1/3 cup filling. Spread 2 cups spaghetti sauce on bottom of 13x9 pan. Place filled manicotti in single layer over sauce. Pour remaining sauce over top. Cover and bake for 40 - 45 minutes. Let stand 10 min. before serving. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
