8 oz. Provolone cheese
4 oz. brick cheese
8 oz. mozzarella
12 oz. cottage cheese or ricotta
c. Parmesan
2 eggs
parsley
pepper
12 oz. box large shells

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cheese and mix all ingredients together.
Cook shells to al dente. Stuff shells and spoon some of your favorite sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Layer shells and spoon additional sauce over shells. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 35 minutes at 350.
