4 Chicken Breast
2 C. Rice
4 C. Chicken Broth
1 Can French Onion Soup
1 Can Rotel(Chile's & Tomato)
1/2 onion chopped
2 Celery stalks chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Chicken til cooked completely. Remove chicken and cut into bite size pieces. Mix all of the ingredients and cover with lid. Cook on low til rice is done. I serve with corn bread.
