15 oz can Corn, drained
15 oz can Peas, drained
1 med Onion, diced
4 med Potatoes, diced
28 oz can Tomatoes
Handful of Baby Carrots, diced
2 cloves Garlic, pressed
1 tsp Paprika
Salt, Pepper, Oregano and Basil to taste
Broth to cover Veggies

Place all ingredients in a crock pot and cook for 9 hours or until potatoes are cooked.

I created this recipe to be low calorie and no fat. If wanted, macaroni noodles can be added at the end and cook on high for another 30 minutes.
