1 C chopped Pecans
1 Pkg Yellow Cake Mix
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding (small)
4 eggs
1/2 C water
1/2 C Oil (canola, sunflower)
1/2 Rum (light or spiced)

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle nuts on bottom of a bundt pan that has been sprayed with Pam or buttered and floured. Mix cake and all other ingredients together and pour over nuts - Bake 325 for 1 hour - cool slightly and then invert onto rack set into baking sheet - spoon Glaze over top - use it all!
GLAZE: 1/4 lb butter; 1/4 C water; 1 C sugar - let come to boil, then take off heat add; 1/2 C Rum
