1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. accent
2 lbs. round of veal, thinly sliced
salt, pepper, garlic powder
12 green scallions, chopped
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1 1/2 lbs. fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. white cooking wine

Flour meat and cook 1 minute per side.
Take meat out of pan and then add all the ingredients to the pan to enhance the flavor of the sauce. Saute' mushrooms in the same pan.
Place meat in a baking dish and cover with sauce. Bake 350 for 30 to 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
This can be put together earlier in the day and baked when needed.
