1 can evaporated milk
4 c. sugar
3 c. chocolate chips (2 semi-sweet; 1 milk chocolate)
1/3 c. margarine
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and milk in large pot. Stir the mixture constantly over medium heat until you reach a rolling boil. Reduce heat to low and allow to simmer for 6 minutes. Do not stir. Remove pot from heat and add margarine, chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until completely melted. Thoroughly grease a 9 x 13" glass pyrex dish. Pour in the chocolate mixture, scrape out pan. Allow fudge to cool overnight.
