3/8 cup milk 3/8 cup bread crumbs 1/2 onion, chopped salt & pepper to taste 1 pound ground beef 1 egg 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 cup milk
Mix first 6 ingredients. Form into 4 or 5 ovals. refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Place in a dripper pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Mix soup and milk together; pour over meat. Bake an additional 35 - 45 minutes. This recipe can be doubled.
