2 egg whites,
3/4 C white sugar
1/3 C light corn syrup
2 T. water,
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler. Cook over rapidly boiling water, beating with mixer until mix stands in peaks.
Remove from heat. Add 1 tsp. vanilla. Continue beating until thick enough to spread.
