Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 1/2 C flour
1/2 tsp.. salt
1 C shortening
1 egg
1 T. vinegar
4 T. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut shortening,salt and flour into small pieces,
add egg/water/vinegar together, whip together,
add to flour, stir til mixed.
Roll out, prick with fork.

Bake single crust pie crust 450 10-12 min.

Filled pie crust bake @ 400
