Head or bag of lettuce
3 Celery(Sliced and diced)
1 Onion(Sliced and diced)
1 Can Waterchestnuts(Sliced)
1- 10 oz package of frozen peas
2 C Mayonnaise
3 T Parmesan Cheese
3 tsp sugar

Mix together & spread over top
Seal with dressing
Cover & refrigerate overnight

When serving, add 1/2 cooked bacon crumbs
4 hard boiled eggs(sliced and arrange on top of salad)
3 tomatoes sliced and arranged on top
