4 pounds Idaho potatoes, pared and cut up (8 large)
2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter
1 cup milk
4 oz Cheddar cheese, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
1 cup crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes and salt in 1-inch water in Dutch oven. Cover. Simmer 20 minutes or until tender. Drain. Shake pan over low heat until all the water is absorbed. Meanwhile, heat butter and milk until butter melts. Mash or rice potatoes. Gradually add hot milk mixture, mixing until smooth and fluffy. Chill until firm. Shape mixture in 1-1/2 inch balls around cheese cubes (makes 48). Roll in combined corn flakes and sesame seeds. Place on greased baking sheets. Brush with melted butter. Bake in 400 oven 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Puffs can be frozen. To heat, place in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
