1 pkg. sliced mushrooms
1 medium red onion, chopped
olive oil
1 pt. half and half or heavy cream
2 cubes beef or chicken Bouillon
3/4 to 1 box penne pasta, cooked
Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms and red onion in olive oil. Pour half and half or heavy cream in pan with mushrooms and onion. Add bouillon cubes and cook over medium-low heat for a couple of minutes; then simmer for about 5 minutes while stirring occasionally. Add pasta to sauce and coat to your liking. Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese on top.

Variations: You can add diced chicken to pasta and sauce.
