10 cups cubed bread (about one loaf)
8 eggs
1 1/4 cup milk
2/3 cup half & half
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp. orange zest
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put cubed bread in a 9 x 13 dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Whisk together eggs, milk, half & half, orange juice, syrup, zest and vanilla. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight until bread absorbs most of the liquid. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350.
In a saucepan, combine 6 tbsp. butter, 1 c brown sugar, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1 cup chopped pecans. Spoon over bread and bake 40-50 minutes at 350 until golden brown.
