Ingredients:
1 lb. orecchiette pasta
3 T. olive oil
2 bunches broccoli rabe, stems trimmed
1 lb. turkey Italian-style sausage, casings removed
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 c. grated Parmesan
pinch dried crushed red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli rabe in large pot of boiling salted water until crisp tender, 1 minute. Transfer broccoli rabe to large bowl of ice water to cool, saving cooking water. Bring reserved cooking water back to boil. Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and cook, breaking into pieces with a spoon, until browned and juices form, 12 minutes. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and saute until fragrant, 2 minutes. When reserved water is boiling, add orecchiette and cook until al dente, tender but still firm to the bite, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes. Strain broccoli rabe and add to pan with sausage mixture and toss to coat with the juices. Add pasta to skillet. Stir in Parmesan and serve immediately.
