1 1/2 cups strawberries Crumbs
1/4 cup butter,melted
1 pkg.(600g) frozen strawberries (about 4 cups)
1 pkg, (85g) Jell-O Strawberry Jelly Powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon extract
3 cups thawed cool whip whipped topping, divided.

Directions:

Mix crumbs and butter. Press 1 cup firmly onto bottom of 9-inch pan. Combine strawberries, jelly powder, sugar and lemon extract in saucepan.

Bring berry mixture to boil; simmer 3 min. or until jelly powder is dissolved, stirring occasionally,
Cool 20 min. Gently stir in 1 1/2 cups of the whipped topping.

Pour berry mixture over crust. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Cover with remaining whipped topping; sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
