1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
2 T. sugar
1 T. butter, melted
1 T. dried onion flakes
1 T. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1 egg
2 to 2 1/4 c. flour, enough to make a stiff dough

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. In large bowl combine cottage cheese, sugar, butter, onion flakes, dill seed, salt, soda, egg and yeast mixture. Add flour gradually, beating well after each addition. Cover bowl and let dough rise in warm place until double in size. Punch down and turn into a WELL BUTTERED casserole and let rise 30 to 40 minutes. Bake in a 350 oven until golden brown, about 40 minutes. When done, brush with soft butter and sprinkle with salt.
