1 jar pimentos, drained
1 green pepper, diced
1 sm. red onion, diced
1 c. chopped black olives
8 oz. cream cheese
1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing mix
1 packet of large burrito tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dressing mix and cream cheese in bowl. Spread mixture on tortilla. Sprinkle with each vegetable (change veggies as you like). Roll tortilla, wrap with plastic wrap; chill 1 hour. Slice and serve.
