2 cans cream of chicken soup
4 potatoes diced and cooked
1/2 chopped onion
1 C celery
1 C carrots
bullion to taste
quart and a half of milk
l lb of Velveeta Cheese (don't use the other stuff, it doesn't
work)
Instead of the vegetable above, I use frozen mixed
vegetables

Cook in crock pot (3 qt recipe)
KEEP LID OFF OF CROCK POT
Combine water, boullion, onion and celery in heavy pan
Cook 30 min; add potatoes, frozen vegetables; cook
additional 20 min. until vegetables are tender. Add canned
soups and cheese. Pout in low 300 degree oven or crock pot
until cheese melts. Milk may be added if too thick when
reheated.
