1 cup (8oz) sour cream
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies, drained well
1 can (4 oz) chopped ripe black olives, drained well
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onion
Garlic powder and seasoned salt to taste
5 flour tortillas (10")
parsley
salsa (your choice)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 8 ingredients; mix thoroughly. Spread evenly over the tortillas; roll up.
Cover tightly with plastic wrap, twisiting ends.
Refrigerate for several hours.
Unwrap, lice into 1/2 to 3/4 ".(An electric knife works best) Discard ends
Place pinwheels on a serving plate. garnish with parsley and serve with salsa.
