1 small bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pints sour cream (2 8 oz. containers)
2 grated carrots
1 tsp. diced onion
1 stick butter, melted
1 small can of pimentos, drained (optional)
12 yellow squash, cooked and mashed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix melted butter and uncooked stuffing together. Line bottom of baking dish with of the butter/stuffing mixture. Save the other half of the mixture. Mix all other ingredients together, plus of the remaining stuffing; spread in baking dish. Spread remainder of stuffing/butter mixture on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
