1 medium head of cauliflower & broccoli, cut into florets, blanched
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 cup grated Old Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Real Bacon Bits
1 tsp mustard
1 cup miracle whip dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Toss cauliflower, broccoli, onion, cheese and bacon bits in large salad bowl. Mix dressing and mustard. Pour over salad; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

To blanch vegetables, plunge into boiling water briefly (2 min.), then into cold water to stop the cooking process will also retain the colour and flavor.
