5 c. peeled and sliced peaches
3 tbsp. flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. shortening
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. water
1/2 tsp. orange extract
2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Gently stir together peaches, 3 T flour, 1 c. sugar and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon. Put in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Cover with batter

Batter:
Cream together shortening and 1 cup sugar. Add egg, vanilla, 1 1/2 cups flour, salt, water, orange extract and baking powder. Spoon batter over peach mixture. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Serve with Honey Cream - Beat 1 cup whipping cream until thick. Add 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 2 Tbsp honey. Beat well.
