1 pkg. cornmeal mix
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup oil
2 eggs
1 small onion - grated
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
2 jalapenos- chopped fine
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 small jar pimento
1/2 cup creamed corn - optional
1 piece garlic - crushed

Directions:

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour into greased hot pan or skillet. Bake at 350 until brown.
