8 oz. fettuccine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1-8oz. cream cheese
1 can mushrooms
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. butter
2 pressed garlic cloves
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella
2 1/2 c. shredded cooked chicken

1/3 c. bread crumbs
2 T. melted butter
2 T. grated Parmesan

Cook fettuccine. Combine soup, cream cheese, mushrooms, cream, butter and garlic. Stir in cheeses; cook and stir until melted. Add chicken. Transfer to a shallow greased baking dish. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over mixture. Cover and bake for 25 minutes at 350. Uncover and bake for 5-10 more minutes.
