Ingredients:  
1 - 16 oz. can pumpkin
1 - 12 oz. can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
2 sticks margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first five ingredients. Pour into a 9 X 12 in. pan lined with wax paper, pan can be greased and floured. Sprinkle dry cake mix over this, then sprinkle nuts on cake mix . Melt margarine and pour on top of cake. Bake at 350 40-45 minutes. Cool and turn upside down on serving plate. Ice with the following recipe:
