4 (16 oz) cans shoepeg corn
2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 to 2 can green chiles
2 to 2 1/2 cups Monterey Jack or Jalapeño cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain corn. Melt cream cheese and butter. Mix well with the corn. Add chilies and 1 1/2 cups cheese. Pour into greased casserole dish. Add remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes.
