2 lb. ground chuck
2 slices bread
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. ketchup
1 T. steak sauce or Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 eggs
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients except for the ground beef in a blender until well combined.

2. Mix into the meat and shape into a loaf.

3. Top with ketchup and sliced onion.

4. Bake for one hour at 350.
