1 1/2 lb. flank steak
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 T. lemon juice
1 T. worcestershire sauce
1 t. dry mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine marinade ingredients in a shallow nonmetal container. Place steak in marinade, turning to coat completely. Marinade covered for at least 4 hours or overnight (refrigerate!). Remove steak from marinade; grill 5 minutes on each side so it is browned on the outside & rare in the center. Cut steak diagonally across the grain in thin slices.
