2 Avocados
2 Mangos
Half a red onion
Jalapeņo (optional)
1 fresh lime
About 1/2 cup (+ or -) cilantro
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dice all ingredients. Add fresh lime juice.

Dice jalapenos, if you are using them, and add to above. Let stand one hour in refrigerator.

Serve with the best tortilla chips you can find.
