chicken breasts flattened to 1/4 to 1/2 inch
egg wash
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
spaghetti sauce
mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge chicken in egg wash and then in bread crumbs. Press bread crumbs into chicken. Fry chicken in oil until golden brown. Place chicken in baking pan and top with spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 until cheese is melted and chicken is fully cooked.

I usually turn the oven to broil to brown the cheese.
