Ingredients:  
1 pound beef stew meat
1 small can tomato sauce
1 small can English peas
3 or 4 large potatoes, cubed
1 medium onion, minced
1 large can Veg-All
1/4 cup celery, chopped (or 1/2 tsp celery seed)
salt and pepper, to taste
1 1/2 quarts water

Directions:

Cook stew meat till tender. Combine all ingredients and cook on medium heat for 2-3 hours.
