1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni 3 T. margarine 3 T. flour 2 c. milk 1/2 t. salt 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water; drain. Melt margarine; blend in flour. Add milk cooking and stirring until thick. Add salt and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Pour cheese mixture over cooked macaroni in a casserole dish. Bake at 350º until bubbly.
