1 cup Louisiana seasoning 14 small Red potatoes-scrubbed cook 30 min. 12 small corn on the cob - cook for 15 min. 1-1/2 pounds sausage - cook for 15 min. 12 eggs - cook for 10 min. 3-1/2 pounds shrimp - cook for 1 min.
Fill deep pot with water and add seasoning. Bring to a boil and add the above ingredients as listed and for cooking time stated. When complete, put lid on pot and soak for 15 min. Drain liquid and spread on newspaper to eat.
