1 1/2 pounds ground round beef (no fat)
1 large onion
1 (15 oz) can Swift's chili with beans
1 large potato, chopped small
1 small can tomato sauce
Garlic, salt, and black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat lightly in heavy boiler. Add potato, onion and a little oil; cook until lightly brown. Add chili with beans, tomato sauce and enough water to make chili the desired consistency. Add garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for about 30 minutes.
