1/4 cup margarine
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can extra hot or mild rotel tomatoes
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
12 flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Saute margarine, green bell pepper, and onion. Set aside. In a separate bowl ,combine cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, rotel tomatoes, and chicken. Mix soup mixture with sautéed onions and peppers. Cut 12 flour tortillas in bite-size pieces and set aside. Preheat oven to 325º. In a 9x13 pan, alternately layer tortillas, soup mixture, and cheese repeating for 2-3 layers. Bake 40 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
