1 (3.3 oz) jar sugar-free iced tea with lemon
2 (1.8 oz) cans of sugar-free Tang
1 Tbsp and 1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp cloves
1 Tbsp allspice
5-10 packs sugar subsitute

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. To make hot tea, mix approximately 3/4 teaspoon of tea mixture with 6 ounces of water.
