1 stick margarine or butter
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 large can sliced peaches (use juice also)

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375. Combine sugar and flour and mix well. Add milk and vanilla and mix well. Use oblong cake pan or pyrex dish and melt the butter. Add peaches and juice to melted butter. With a wooden spoon, mix the peaches, juice, and butter together. Pour batter mixture in the middle of peach mixture. Do not stir. Cook until crust on top is golden brown.
